RULES: Entrants must complete and sign the Pet Costume Contest form clearly and legibly in order to be announced by the emcee and included in publicity.

• Entrants will receive a participant number which must be worn so that it is visible to the judges
• Pets must be leashed at all times
• Each pet must have his/her own adult walker
• Judges’ decisions are final
• No entrant is eligible for more than one award

PHOTOGRAPHY: Photographers will be at the event taking pictures of winners and pets attending.

PUBLICITY: Winners will be included in post-event coverage, press releases and website.

PRIZES: The winner of each of the four divisions will receive a prize basket and gift card.
